CloudGofer is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to maintain and enhance our AppExchange applications, support existing customers with configuration and troubleshooting, and collaborate with our US-based product and consulting teams to deliver high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions. This role requires strong technical depth in Salesforce Sales Cloud, AppExchange packaging, and production support, along with the ability to demo products and interact with customers confidently. |
| Job Requirements: | Key Responsibilities
1. AppExchange Product Maintenance • Maintain and enhance managed/unmanaged AppExchange packages • Implement new features based on customer requirements • Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices • Manage versioning, upgrades, and package deployments • Troubleshoot production issues in subscriber orgs • Maintain technical documentation and admin guides 2. Customer Support & Configuration • Respond to support cases and product inquiries • Provide configuration support in customer orgs • Analyze logs and debug issues across environments • Deliver timely resolutions aligned with SLAs • Provide enhancement estimates and technical recommendations 3. Product Collaboration • Work closely with US-based product and consulting teams • Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs • Participate in architecture discussions and design reviews • Contribute to roadmap planning 4. Pre-Sales & Demo Support • Conduct product demos for prospects • Support technical discussions during sales cycles • Assist in solution positioning and feasibility assessments 5. Documentation & Governance • Maintain Admin Guides and release notes • Ensure code quality, test coverage, and documentation standards • Follow secure coding practices and Salesforce security review guidelines Required Skills & Qualifications • 5+ years hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer • Strong expertise in: o Apex (Triggers, Batch, Queueable, Schedulable) o Lightning Web Components (LWC) o Visualforce (legacy maintenance) o REST/SOAP integrations o Salesforce Sales Cloud data model • Experience with: o Managed package development and deployment o AppExchange security review standards o Salesforce CLI (sf commands preferred) o Version control systems (Git) • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills • Solid understanding of: o Governor limits o Bulkification patterns o Asynchronous processing o Secure coding standards Preferred Qualifications • Experience maintaining commercial AppExchange apps • Experience interacting directly with customers • Ability to articulate technical concepts in demos • Exposure to Revenue Operations / Sales Operations domain is a plus • Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification preferred Soft Skills • Strong ownership mindset • Clear written and verbal communication • Ability to work across time zones (India–US collaboration) • Customer-centric problem solving • Structured and documentation-driven approach What Success Looks Like • Stable, well-maintained AppExchange packages • High customer satisfaction and fast issue resolution • Clean, scalable code with strong test coverage • Proactive product improvements • Clear and professional customer demos |
